4) The food
Lest we forget the main reason to visit: the food of course. STK specialises in the finest cuts of steak. Under the ever watchful eye of Head Chef Matteo Bartaletti, each dish is served with taste and aesthetic finesse.
Personally, we think occasions like this deserve going all out. That's why it's always the 900g Tomahawk accompanied by the chain's signature parmesan truffle chips for us. It makes us salivate just thinking about it. A real show stopper of a dish.
5) The Drinks
They go hand in hand with everything above, but even if you're not stopping by to eat, then STK Ibiza is still a great spot to enjoy drinks. You will find an extensive range of premium spirits and international wines, but most impressive is its "Giant Cocktails" range.
These party starters are served in 1.5-litre or 3-litre martini glasses - ideal for sharing. With frozen Daiquiris and Espresso Martinis available amongst others, these cocktails are a novel way to indulge in old favourites.
With all bases covered, this really is the fine-dining experience that goes that extra mile.
