Beautiful bay views on the Mint Lounge dining terrace
In one of the first signs that the summer is almost upon us, this Friday 17 March sees the opening of Mint Lounge for 2017 on San Antonio's famous Sunset Strip.
The action starts from 11:00 when the opening party begins with a top line-up of island DJs including Doctor Feelgood, Lekno, Dermot C, Alex S & Vicki J, Juanito Chanclas and a secret special guest to be revealed.
Mint Lounge is getting the party started for summer with its opening getting ready to set up the Sunset Strip for a summer of sunsets and sublime times.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can stop by through the day and sample authentic Italian food like fresh pasta, home made pizzas and fresh salads plus you can take advantage of its great value fixed price lunch menu.
Gin and tonics getting lined up at Mint Lounge
As well as having a great drinks and cocktails list, the sunset cafe has a separate gin and tonic menu featuring a selection of spiced and infused drinks to show off the best of the botanical flavours of this spirit.
Mint Lounge is one of the best places to catch the sunset or just watch the blue sunny sky, with an expansive view of San Antonio Bay and its sprawling coastline and outlying rocks.
Friday is also St Patrick's day, the national saint of Ireland which has been this lovely lounge bar opening day date for the past few years.
