It's time to use the 'economy gastronomy' term again as Santa Eulalia starts yet another great scheme to encourage punters out of their houses and into the town's restaurants and bars. Called GastroJueves it runs every Thursday (=Jueves) from 1st March until 26th April with the exception of 5th April which is Maundy Thursday.
So, what's it all about? It's sponsored by the Santa Eulalia council and involves 19 restaurants in the town centre which will serve up a delicious menu at half price on Thursday night. Customers will be able to choose from simple tapas, to traditional Ibicenco cuisine, Thai, italian and 'Vanguardista.'
And, in no particular order, the restaurants are; Sotavent, X.tu, Can Pep Salvador, Restaurante Juanito, Can Cosmi, Hamburguesería Lina, Chicho’s Pizza, Mezzanote, La Tavernetta Restaurante, Restaurante Chiang Mai, Es Faralló, Restaurante Es Pins, Ínsula es Riu, Rincón de Pepe, La Galera Bodeguita (photo), Royalty Restaurante, Restaurante Sal Marina, El Naranjo, and Restaurante Jardín La Rambla.
And if an added incentive were needed to get out and eat, every customer this Thursday (1/3) gets a 50% discount voucher for the Teatro España cinema!
