Here's something novel in Ibiza; a fashion show where everyone's invited and it doesn't cost a cent to get in! Ibiza fashionistas The Adlib Collective are holding their annual catwalk on July 25th in the Reina Sofia Park at 21.30 and entrance isn't restricted to the uptown glamourati and hangers on!
The designers on show have already been put through a selection process by a panel of distinguished judges from the media:
Rafael Rodriguez: Coordinator of La Luna de Metropoli, El Mundo.
Jose Pedrazuela: Assistant manager of Mia magazine.
Clara Courel:Fashion expert and journalist "El Buscador" on Tele5
Alejandro Barreiro: News reporter for TVE
Natalia Salazar:Editor for Última Hora de Ibiza y Formentera.
Who between them chose;
Beatrice San Francisco, Bianca, Bomb Diamond, De los Ángeles, Esencia de Ibiza, Eva Cardona, Isabel Castellón, Jannine Helbline, Lola G, Luis Ferrer, Marmade, Piluca Bayarri y Tres Ibiza. There'll be plenty of household names gracing the platform along with the show's hostess Maria Castro who plays Jessi in TV fave 'There's no Paradise without Tits' (Yes, really).Models Verónica Blume, Elisabeth Reyes, Eugenia Ortiz Domecq (Bertín Osborne's daughter) and Carla Pereyra (an Argentinean model who is Joaquín Cortés' current girlfriend) will top the lists in this year's event. The casting includes some glamorous Spanish models on the international scene: Lourdes Coterón, the winner of the best model award at last year's Cibeles Fashion Show, Elisabeth Más, Yanilka Ortiz, Mayte de la Iglesia and Sabrina Serrat.
And just to show that this is an Ibicenco event, 50% of the models have all been contracted through Ibicenco agencies and will be led by Ibiza's very own statuesque blonde bombshell Ana Vide Tomshoj. Music will be provided by one of the legendary Cafe del Mar's DJ crew, Valentín Huedo and a late addition to the cast is the newly crowned Miss Spain, Estíbaliz Pereira.
