Support Ibiza charities and have fun this weekend

It’s Christmas, so go and support local charities with these two events.

Two great events this weekend on Ibiza are set to delight Christmas shoppers with proceeds for both events going to to charity.

Art and music combine at the Abode Project Art Exhibition taking place this Friday 14 December at The Hub just outside Santa Gertrudis.

Doors open at 19:00 and things kick off with an art exhibition and art auction featuring the works of artists that include Chali Creations, Victor Spinelli and Gerson Adonay.

You can also enjoy a live painting display, live music from Ryan Koriya and DJs plus there is a market and food stalls.

All ticket sales will be donated to the project and each ticket is priced at €8 online and €10 on the door and both options include a free drink.

Two days later on Sunday 16 December it's time for a full day of shopping at cancer charity IFFC's Christmas Fair at Ibiza's Fairground, just outside Ibiza Town.

A vast range of goods are on sale from clothing, toys, ceramics and plants up to household products and furniture. The event starts at 12:00 midday going all the way up to 21:00.

Stands offering food and drinks will keep hunger and thirst at bay plus Santa Claus will be there loaded with gifts, offering excitement for the little ones.

All visitors can enter a raffle for some big prizes donated by Ibiza companies and individuals. The last IFCC Christmas event in 2016 drew in 3,500 people, so expect this one to be popular.

Embrace the Christmas spirit of giving and support these great events this weekend on Ibiza.
