During the 90s, the rave scene in Ibiza was booming and one of the parties that led the way was Clockwork Orange. This legacy lives on with the old-school rave brand hosting events in the UK and a yearly reunion special in Ibiza. This year the legendary party celebrates its 25th anniversary. To mark the grand occasion, it has arranged a multi-part event next weekend.
The celebration starts on Friday 20 July with Clockstock at Benimussa Park. Here you'll experience a Clockwork Orange daytime rave. From 15:00, three open-air stages will be playing classic anthems with a multitude of entertainers, dancers, performers and stilt walkers wandering amongst the crowd.
Whilst you are there stop by the hippy stalls and BBQ as well. Be prepared to wear a lot of orange clothing for this afternoon dancing session. At 23:00 the party moves to Es Paradis for a whole night of musical bliss.
Back in the day, the party hosted legendary events at the palatial club, featuring some of the best DJs of the era and building a loyal following whilst doing so. The party goes home continuing the celebration in a similar manner through the night.
A whole host of vintage DJ talent is set to appear over these two events. These include Paul Oakenfold, Seb Fontaine & Tall Paul, Brandon Block, Alex P, Danny Clockwork, Tristan Ingram, James Parker, Owen Clarke, Zack Le Nez and many more.
