23 more names for IMS Ibiza

A diverse range of industry professionals join the discussion at Hard Rock Hotel.

The International Music Summit (IMS) has released details of 23 additional keynote speakers. IMS always ensemble a heady mix of industry professionals - and this year is no different.

The new names include trans-star Honey Dijon, who will be delving deep into the Sexual Harassment debate and legendary New York DJ Todd 'The God' Terry for the first time at IMS. Todd will discuss his lengthy career in dance music, with a focus on his formative years.

Meanwhile, Matt Smallwood will join Mark Knight and co-founder Stuart Knight in a live A&R feedback on demos submitted by delegates.

Elsewhere, Point Blank will present a DJ Skills Masterclass with ANTS resident Andrea Oliva who will give insight into his approach to performing live to a crowd.

The discussion on mental health within the industry and the debate on drug-testing continues. B.Traits joins the panel Is Drug Testing The Solution? where charity The Loop will look at the benefits of harm reduction services at music events. She will be taking on the subject full on with new insight on this controversial initiative.

Another highlight is the in-depth seminar on emerging party destinations, where BLOND:ISH will share some new and surprising spots that feature on their extensive touring.

They join the 70 previously announced talkers, bringing the grand total to 93.

Each year, figureheads from all corners of the industry give expert insight into the ever-changing landscape of electronic music. As ever, we're looking forward to what intriguing talking points are thrown up. The panels always generate a healthy debate.

IMS co-founder Pete Tong had the following to say: 'Tackling the issues and topics that matter to our industry is of vital importance to IMS. Our newly announced speakers bring further expertise and experience to the summit.'

IMS takes place in Ibiza from 23 May to 25 May, with the thrilling grand finale taking place at Dalt Vila on the Friday 25 May. Sven Väth headlines alongside a back-to-back extravaganza, featuring Danny Tenaglia, Guy Gerber, Peggy Gou and more.

A UNESCO World Heritage site, Dalt Vila is one of the most spectacular party locations on the planet. The event is widely regarded as the opener to the season. We can't wait to be dancing open-air in the citadel again.

Tickets are on sale, but we anticipate these selling out in advance.
