You have your weekly residencies, and then on select nights throughout the Ibiza season you have events that are that little bit more special. Takeovers led by residencies, brands, labels or clubs from other corners of the globe descend on the White Isle to deliver dance music injections that should be marked as unmissable, especially if they're one-off appearances.
Your hitlist this week is laced with tech house, techno, deep house, trance, electro house and big room venom. One of these little nuggets might just leave you waxing lyrical for months to come, so read on and make the judgement call today.
Wednesday 6 September / FUSE at HYTE / Amnesia Main Room
Establishing itself as a London institution and a big player on the international clubbing circuit, FUSE has been an integral addition to Ibiza's calendar for eight seasons. First holding a monthly residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza in 2010, to hosting an event at Circoloco at DC10 in 2011, moving to regular takeovers at Sankeys Ibiza in 2012, 2013 and 2014, and then showcases at Space and Benimussa Park in 2015, HYTE has done well to ensnare the FUSE crew at Amnesia over the last two seasons.
Tonight will be FUSE's third date of 2017, and it's bringing in founder, Enzo Siragusa, and residents Archie Hamilton, Rossko and Ferro. The philosophy of FUSE is simple: to stand out from the crowd by hosting exceptionally high-quality raves, built around superior-technical standards of sound design, and a close-knit core of residents.

Thursday 7 September / In association with Ibiza Trance Event at Cream / Amnesia Main Room
Ibiza Trance Event is the island's only dedicated clubbing package devoted to trance music. Taking in Ibiza's strongest trance-orientated parties of the summer, it all begins on Thursday with Cream at Amnesia.
The superclub's Main Room is where you need to be for the euphoric fodder, and providing those climatic, tear-inducing moments is veteran Paul van Dyk, Egyptian duo Aly & Fila, Irish trance titan Bryan Kearney and Ibiza Trance Event DJs.
If you're not booked up with Ibiza Trance Event, it's all good, as Cream is open to all clubbers.

Friday 8 September / Club 102 Takeover at Rebels Cave
Ibiza is a goldmine of discovery. It's an island that thrives off originality and Sankeys residency Rebels Cave is an event that strives to offer something unique to open-minded clubbers. You'll find a vegetarian BBQ and stalls with handcrafted items upstairs on the open-air terrace, the Basement is literally transformed into a cave, and clubbers are even invited to remove their shoes.
This week's titillating burst of underground goodness hurtles in courtesy of German haunt, Club 102. Based in Neuss, this little haven for electronic meat opened in 2010 and considers itself to be a “motor of pleasure” and a “temple of self-celebration.” Billed to bolster those prized principles are Berlin-born David Gtronic, London's East End Dubs and German tech-house group Format: B in the Basement. Over in the Spektrum we have resident Baterista and Markus Wesen in for a one-off island appearance.

Saturday 9 September / Keinemusik at Black Coffee / Hï Ibiza
Keinemusik is a Berlin-based network with the label as the pulse-pumping centre. Comprised of Adam Port, &ME, Rampa, David Mayer, Monja Gentschow and Reznik, they've been around since 2009. Since that inaugurating year, there's been a constant stream of deep and tech house tracks, solely laid down by members of the crew. Chuck in a bunch of label parties in Berlin and across the world, and you have yourself a loyal following.
On Saturday, Keinemusik returns after taking over in August under Black Coffee's residency. &ME, Adam Port and Rampa being the three chosen ones to dish out the damage.
