Hot Since 82 releases short film from Mexico 2017 tour

The film lands as part of the Pacha resident's new Even Deeper tour concept.

Here in Ibiza we've got Hot Since 82 locked in on a weekly basis with his Labyrinth resident at Pacha. Away from the island he's playing for fans in far flung corners of the world, and while summer touring schedules can be chaotic, he's slowing things down with new touring concept, Even Deeper.

If you know anything about Hot Since 82's methods, you'll appreciate that he has a penchant for pushing the boundaries of the electronic music scene, and this new project is no different. Even Deeper gives the record label boss and opportunity to dig further into each country he visits, playing more intimate venues in cities considered off the beaten track.

While it's a very personal experience for him, he's up for sharing that with you guys as each adventure is captured on film to create an eye-opening documentary. The first in the series is from Mexico, shot during his February/March 2017 tour of Mexico. You'll see him getting in with local chefs to swimming in cenotes, sticking on spontaneous rooftop parties and rolling through his tour dates on bicycle.

Scrap your run-of-the-mill tour diaries, as here we'll be seeing a different to the headlining spinner, with him delving into his opinions on the Trump administration, the horror seen at this year's BPM Festival and his perspective on life and DJing.

Give the first episode a watch below, stay tuned for future Even Deeper tours and you can catch Hot Since 82 every Friday at Pacha until 6 October.
