Martin Solveig is the latest artist to announce that he´ll be back on Ibiza soil this summer, and the French beatnik will be returning to the superclub he feels most at home - Pacha.
Reclaiming the cherry-topped institution as his spot for a season of confetti-packed chaos only seems right as not only can he boast of having a long association with the club, but it´s where his Balearic residency, My House, first landed three years ago. In 2017 he´ll be in with his mixed bag of tunes from Wednesday 31 May through to 4 October.
With a residency that´s titled My House, Solveig wants you in there feeling as much at home as he does – although no clambering onto the booth to join him, yeah? And with such a personal approach to his weekly takeover, he gives you high energy that comes straight from the heart. Although he has a particular penchant for electro, house and his self-coined genre, future house, Solveig´s rules when it comes to music is that there are no rules. So, be open-minded, throw yourselves deep into his eclectic sets and like him, free yourselves from being boxed into one electronica corner.
Guests wise, we´re waiting to see who he´ll be inviting to his Pacha playground, but to give you a taste of who we might see return, last year´s roster included Diplo, Secondcity, Blonde, Boyz Noise, The Magician, Tinie Tempah, Marvin Humes and Don Diablo.
