Tranquility and peace at Villa Can Andreu

Featured villa of the week.

Can Andreu became one of Ibiza Spotlight's first villa clients over eight years ago. Since that time, we now have villas on our pages that cover the four corners of Ibiza and touch all categories from high end luxury to budget family accommodation.

We've come a long way since then and have slowly and surely built a reputation as a trustworthy source of licensed villas on the island. We'd like to thank Vicent and Nieves, Can Andreu's owners who invited some of the Spotlight team to lunch at this beautiful villa. We got to spend some time to see and appreciate this lovely place as a holiday-maker would. Vicent treated us to a magnificent meat and seafood paella cooked for us on the terrace. The quiet and private setting within the woods was the perfect get-away-from-it-all Sunday lunch in a tranquil setting

Can Andreu has proved popular with countless tourists looking for a hideaway that's close enough to the main towns and nightlife for you to dip in and out of at will – or just escape. This fine old Ibicenco house has been updated with lots of its old features preserved: one of its bathrooms is even set in an old outside brick-built oven and retains its curved shape. The rooms are cool and airy with the thick walls preventing the hot heat of summer from wandering in too much.

The villa can sleep either six or eight people depending if you take the outside annexe or not and on seeing it, you'll want that too. Returning customers almost always ask for it after the first time staying here. There's some lovely old traditional furniture with modern touches and mod cons everywhere.

Each year Vicent and Nieves make upgrades, but with pretty green forest, Wi-Fi, a Bose sound system, romantic chill out area, barbecue, pool and sun terrace, we think there's not much room to improve. Take a look yourself at the link below.
