Snuck into the middle of the sleepy winter season on Ibiza comes the brief festive period with parties aplenty, most notably the Circoloco New Years Day party at DC10. There are many parties on New Years Eve, but bringing in the first proper day of the new year means you HAVE to be at DC10. It's an essential right of passage to be taken before you can really consider the new year to have begun. Serious.
Last year the man Sven Väth was the special guest to round out what was a monster couple of nights on Ibiza with Music On at Amnesia NYE for the first time. With no Music On this year, the focus is taken elsewhere during the night (look out for our guide coming soon once we have all details), but remains with DC10 during the day.
The special guest this time around is a DJ of equal stature to Sven - Carl Cox. Based on the island for much of the year, the place is as much his home as the UK or anywhere else and you can be sure he'll be partying with his friends as much as everyone else.
Joining Coxy will be Tania Vulcano, Cassy, Clive Henry, Nicole Moudaber, Jackmaster, Steve Rachmad, Peter Dundov, D'Julz, Adriatique, Andrea Oliva, Jose De Divina, Sossa and Mark Jenkyns.
