Well, well, well... now THIS is certainly something to shout about. These two nights command mountains of respect for their music policy and desire to stay away from the mainstream. Saturday nights will be their mutual battleground, with Kehakuma hosting La Terraza as they have done in the past, while Elrow take over the Discoteca main room. This could be something really special.
Things kick off on Saturday 7th June and run until Saturday 27th September at Space Ibiza with the club's own in-house production, Kehakuma, focusing on the underground with a dark and minimal approach to production, accompanied by the finest electronic music around.
Elrow will certainly take a more flamboyant approach with bright lights, masses of production, quality music and all accompanied by fancy dress play-acting on a level you're unlikely to see anywhere else on the island. It is difficult to explain the ridiculousness of Elrow without you actually being there, but last year, at their Privilege parties, we did see what looked like an alien operating on an animal surrounded by men in boiler suits and holdings cameras. It makes no sense and we love it.
In addition to this, Space will also invite KER Club from Barcelona - also the home of Elrow - to host El Salón once a month.
Tickets and lineup info will be released soon.
Looking back to Elrow at Privilege 2013 - A little taste of the lunacy to come at Space Ibiza this year with Elrow.
