2010 was Circoloco's triumphant return to full scale operations in Ibiza under the theme of 'The New Era' and thanks to a fresh set of residents and regulars pushing a diverse set of sounds. So where does this concept go now......well, to 'The Next Level' of course, which is 2011's slogan for even better music, raving and good times.
Opening on Monday 30th May at 12 noon - the only Opening party to open so early in fact as Space don't until 4:30 - this date has long been a fixture in the Opening Weekend calendar, somewhat of a veteran in fact when compared to newcomers like IMS.
So who's playing? Well all the various constituent parts of the Circoloco are well represented with mainstays like Tania Vulcano, Matthias Tanzmann and Davide Squillace leading the line. Great to see Kerri Chandler return to DC10 after last year's closing party and this marks the first of several Ibiza dates for him. The French arm are here of course, with Dan Ghenacia, Dyed Soundorom, DJ W!LD and Chris Carrier, whilst DC10 just wouldn't be DC10 without Clive Henry and Damian Lazarus being there. Other guests like Bpitch label boss Ellen Allien and Guido Schneider are supported by the long-term heart and soul of Circoloco events, artists such as Cirillo, Andrew Grant, Jose de Divina, System of Survival and Sossa.
