It's not unusual in Ibiza for our towns to have not one, but two big celebrations a year. Santa Eulalia does it, and so does San Antonio, with the fiesta of San Bartolome starting this month.
The council have splashed out €160,000 on fun, games and entertainment over the next three weeks, 30% less than last year, but with no reduction in quality!
Let's have a look at what's in store
14/08, 21.30 - Fiesta Namasté, hippy fiesta in the church square
15/08, 22.00 - San Bartolome Dance, dance music in Cala Gracio
16/08, 21.00 – Concert by the San Antonio Municipal Orchestra in the church square

There'll also be lots of sporting activities and competitions going on throughout the period – if you're a good swimmer you just might win a lobster if you're first over the line in the race to San Antonio's aquarium near Cala Gracio on 30th August.
Have a great fiesta if you're here, and remember, you can see the fireworks display at the windmill near the Hotel Hawaii form miles around on 24th at midnight.
