It´s the biggest award ceremony of the Ibiza clubbing season – in fact it´s the only one and this year the DJ Awards are taking place at Pacha on Thursday 25 September.
This prestigious award show is celebrating 11 years of the event, now one of the most important award ceremonies across the globe that recognizes the work of the most talented djs worldwide and of those people that have contributed significantly to the music industry.
In the past, this event has been attended by dance music´s top djs, previous winners, such as Erick Morillo, Roger Sanchez, Sven Vath, Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, Danny Tenaglia, Ferry Corsten, Carl Cox plus many more have had the honour of receiving the mythic ´Kryptonite´ award.
This event continues to be a family reunion amongst the dj collective, who love to come together and celebrate the industry they have influenced.
There will be some very special guest performances during the awards ceremony on Thursday 25th September, with the official after party continuing with the closing party from the F**k Me I?m Famous Crew featuring David Guetta and very special guests.
The theme for this years event is ´DO NOT CHANGE THE CLIMATE, CHANGE YOURSELF !´, highlighting the voice of concern to the music industry and how we as an industry can help to make change by changing our attitudes.
