A Hed Kandi night in Ibiza can only mean one thing – funky house music, beautiful girls and lots
of people making waves on the El Divino dancefloor.
On Saturday 28 July we were there to join in the fun and get some Kandi inspired clubbing under our belts.
Hed Kandi – in its fifth season at El Divino – has grown into one of the most popular parties in Ibiza, always drawing in a full house of clubbers.
Perhaps it’s become almost too successful now, as the 1,000’s who descend upon El Divino every Saturday certainly fill up the club to it’s maximum.
With El Divino not being the largest of clubs, it’s possible to find this a little overwhelming at first, however if you see it through and find yourself a little spot to dance then
you’re in for a great night.
Wanting to make the most of the night ahead, we checked out the pre-party at IBZ Lounge in Ibiza Town, where we enjoyed a drink and the company of some lovely Kandi
girls.
A drink always seems to taste better in the company of gorgeous girls !
Tip - Whilst in Ibiza Town, it's worth catching the boat directly to El Divino - it's only a couple of Euros and can be found along the port front.
So after making the most of El Divino’s beautiful location, we were ready for some sweaty clubbing action. And true to form – it was very sweaty !
Hed Kandi doesn’t rely on huge dj names for its parties, but rather on providing up-front club classics with the unique Kandi twist.
Of course, a reputation of drawing in the good-looking women is quite handy too – ensuring that the guys also turn up to check out the talent.
Tonight they were all out and at first it was a real struggle to move anywhere, but Phil Faversham and Andrew Daniels were soon rocking the dancefloor to the crowds
delight.
All in all – we heard some funky club classics, met some very good looking people and got lost in amongst the wild dancefloor. It was great.
