Two of Ibiza's most important cave 'monuments' are now open to the public thanks to the Island Council Government. They have given the funds to provide security guards at the 'sa Cova des Culleram' in San Juan, and 'sa Cova de Santa Agnès' in San Antonio, which will now be open from 10AM till 2PM every day except Monday.
The Cova de Santa Agnès is particularly interesting as the cave houses a chapel dating back to Paleochristian times and is found just behind the famous Sa Capella restaurant which was itself an unconsecrated chapel before its conversion.
