The long running saga of the pay to park issue at popular Las Salinas beach appears to be ending. For the last two years there has been a will/won't they open debate given the slowness of the authorities to issue the correct paperwork for the two companies involved to start charging for parking on their land.
In theory the final piece in the paper trail was put into place by the Environmental department earlier this year, and so, in theory, the companies will be able to charge €2 per day for each of the 700 parking spaces they provide. In theory.
