As long as it's not Ibiza in summer! Yes it's another story about the taxi drivers, who in their efforts to improve the whole infrastructure of public transport in Ibiza have come up with another brilliant scheme. They have decided that they will not carry passengers to the port of Ibiza - where thousands of people arrive and depart by ferry every day - because they can be up to 40 minutes waiting to get in and out of the area due to the heavy traffic. Can we suggest that a better solution to the problem of traffic would be to move the entry barriers for the port to the other end of the road so that only cars and lorries actually boarding the ferries had to pass through. Then, a taxis only pull in could be placed conveniently in front of the main ticket office. Or is that too simple?
