Ibiza's public transport authority has published its plan to improve the bus system on the island. Remember, it's only a plan, but this is what is envisaged: construction of proper bus stations in Ibiza, San Antonio and Santa Eulalia, better bus stops, more routes, and better service. At long last there will be a bus terminal at the ferry port of Ibiza which at present has the crazy situation of up to 900 passengers disembarking from ferries 4 or 5 times a day with no bus service and very few taxis! Installations at the airport, ditto above, will be similarly improved! Let's hope the plan comes to fruition.
